Founders & Directors

Ms. Swati Gupta
Management Professional and Entrepreneur
Swati is a Management Professional and Entrepreneur with extensive Indian and International Experience in Hospitality and Beauty Industry.

She holds a Bachelor Degree from Symbiosis University, Pune – one of top Universities in India and an MBA degree from EHL Hospitality Business School (Formerly called Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne) in Lausanne, Switzerland, along with a plethora of projects done closely with Cornell – SC Johnson School of business. Apart from Academic Degrees, Swati is a trained Cosmetologist and a Permanent Make up artist.

Swati has over 11 years of work experience including International Experience as Sales Manager in Kempinski Marsa Malaz, Premier Five star Deluxe Hotel in Doha Qatar with responsibility for hospitality sales including events, Banquet, Salon and Spa services. In India, Swati worked with largest Event Management company in India Percept d’ Mark, Mumbai, and organized events in exotic locations in India as well as Mauritius, Greece and UK.

In 2019, Swati gave up lucrative International Corporate career to start “The Skinsmiths Luxury Salon” in Ludhiana along with Rachna with the passion of bringing worldly salon experiences to India.

Swati is a passionate person with a great love for animals and for helping people through various NGO participations.

Rachna is an entrepreneur with experience in Business start-up and managing Beauty and Cosmetology Business.

Rachna did her Bachelor Degree from Agra University, Agra in social sciences. Rachna has also done Post Graduation Courses in field of Fashion design and Cosmetology.

Rachna is widely travelled and has visited over 40 countries world-wide. Rachna has lived in Switzerland, Greece, Nigeria, Bulgaria, Canada and India.

In 2019, Rachna joined Swati in order to jointly start Entrepreneurship venture of “The Skinsmiths Luxury Salon” in Ludhiana.
